Tribute to Wayne Brandon

The light of my life has gone out. He guided our family wisely.
I'm going to miss our sharing of thoughts, feelings, dreams and desires.
Wayne considered life a precious gift, and he was very reluctant to give it up. Life was not to be wasted or trivialized. We have all been surprised how he held on to life in spite of intense pain, even after he could no longer swallow any food or his medications.
Wayne had courage and wisdom. He many many bold and correct choices throughout his life.
I am counting my blessings that I was lucky enough to share 61 years with such a wonderful, devoted husband. i give a humble thanks to God for his goodness and loving kindness to our family for the years we had with Wayne.
